QuikFlo is an advanced French drain product designed specifically for interior foundation waterproofing. The 4″ x 2″ pipe uses air space to reduce the amount of backfill needed for installation. QuikFlo installs quickly and drains the maximum amount of water in silt, sand and clay soils. The large-hole design collects water from under the floor slab and channels it into the basin. 5/8″ diameters holes are standard on both tall-face and small-face pipe.
QuikFlo can be installed next to the footer with the holes on the 2″ side (small-face) for a shallower trench, or with the holes on the 4″ side (tall-face) for homes with greater hydrostatic pressure. A complete line of connectors, clean-outs, corners and basin adapters is available.
IMPORTANT: If you use gravel or stone to backfill the trench, you must use the industry standard #57 stone, which is typically 3/4″ to 1-1/2″ in size. If you use smaller gravel or river rock, you run the risk of the stone falling into the pipe.
