Adjustable Beam Support
Shifting soil, water intrusion, and poor construction can cause crawl space beams to sag, which in turn affects the floor above. Richtech’s Crawl Space Jacks are designed to gently lift and reinforce sagging floors by supporting the beams in the crawl space. Using a 3” O.D. steel pipe as the main support, the crawl space jack is fastened to the beam (or joist) at the top and the floor at the bottom. Adjustments up to 3-1/2” can be made by turning the threaded rod with a wrench.
- Each jack is rated to support 20,000+ lbs.
- Requires a 3” O.D. x 0.12” wall thickness (11 gauge) structural steel pipe, cut to length – available in 3’, 5’, and 7’ lengths
- Do not exceed 3-1/2” of exposed thread when installed
Crawl Space Jack Kit includes:
Top plate, Bottom plate, 1-1/4” x 7” threaded rod, Threaded rod support collar, (6) 3/8” x 3” lag bolts, (4) wedge anchor bolts
An 18″ x 18″ base plate is also available for extra stability and reinforcement from the ground.
